The Boulevard, Balwyn North

Project Name: The Boulevard, Balwyn North

The Boulevard, Balwyn North – Working with return clients – GSA Architects relationship building has allowed us to work on a 3rd project for these clients

The clients have their origin story in South Africa and Crete . A casual and relaxed aesthetic was the starting point for the design brief. It is a real pleasure to work on our third project with the same owners and vindicates of our values and methods of relationship building with client.

Achieving the qualities of a Mediterranean resort was part of the design brief. GSA Architects were asked to design a two-storey modern home. With Mint design and their luxurious landscape design an oasis aesthetic informs the design. Stunning integration of the extensively landscaped gardens and pool areas. The final outcome a successful team effort.
